Natura Bisse: Company Overview and Product Information

Natura Bisse is a high-end skin care company, which was founded in Barcelona, Spain, in 1979. Today, the company sells its products on a global scale. The Natura Bisse line includes eye and lip care products, anti-aging serums, deep cleansing products, and a number of different spa products for all-over skin care. The company’s goal is to offer its customers innovative skin care formulas that are both effective and affordable. As you research the product and read Natura Bisse reviews, keep in mind that the company’s products are expensive, so it’s a good idea to first have a complete understanding of what you would like your skin care routine to achieve.

Purchasing Natura Bisse Products

Natura Bisse products can be purchased in one of three ways: from the company website, by phone, or by finding a local authorized dealer. Both fine cosmetics stores and spas sell the company’s products, and the store locator includes locations all over the world, if a product needs to be purchased urgently.

Customers who want to purchase items by phone or on the site can use any major credit card; however, Natura Bisse currently does not accept the Discover Card.

The website has a sidebar that allows customers to shop by product name, type, and by kits or value sets. Once a product is chosen, customers can view it individually in order to see how it is packaged, how many ounces of the product is included, and whether or not different sizes are available. Each Natura Bisse product page describes the main ingredients of an item and how it might benefit their skin. Other descriptions are included as well, such as whether or not the item has SPF protection or if the product has any fragrance to it. Unfortunately, Natura Bisse reviews from customers are not available on the product pages.

Keep in mind that Natura Bisse product can get expensive. Although some creams can cost as little as $35, products in the company’s Diamond line can cost nearly $600 for just one jar weighing less than an ounce. Make sure that you are realistic about your budget if considering Natura Bisse products for your skin care routine, because the key to healthy skin is a regular routine, and if you can’t use the products regularly, then you won’t be maximizing their benefits.

Natura Bisse Shipping Information

While Natura Bisse is sold all over the world at spas and fine cosmetic stores, orders that are placed on the website can only be shipped to the United States and Puerto Rico. Once an order is completed online, customers will receive a verification e-mail and then another email when the order is shipped.

Shipping fees and taxes are calculated during the checkout process, and all shipping is handled by FedEx. The shipping e-mail will also include a tracking number so that customers can estimate when their package will arrive. Ground shipping is free, two-day shipping costs $18.00, and next-day shipping is $25.00, but these choices are only available during weekdays. Any shipping or taxes that are incurred at the time of original purchase will not be refunded to any customer who returns Natura Bisse products.

Return Policy

Natura Bisse only accepts returns for orders that were either placed by phone or on the website. Products purchased at spas or cosmetics stores will not be accepted and must be returned to where they were purchased, and are covered by the retailer’s return policies. Any direct product returns must be made within thirty days of purchase and containers must have most of the unused product in order for the refund to be honored. The proof of purchase must be e-mailed to the company before the products are sent back. Keep in mind that any refunds that are given may take up to two weeks to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If customers receive shipments that are visibly damaged or the incorrect products were shipped, the customer has five days in which to notify Natura Bisse. Any products that were damaged will be picked up by FedEx and inspected before a shipment is sent out. If the wrong Natura Bisse items are shipped, the company will reimburse the customer shipping fees and then ship the correct items free of charge.

I have been using Diamond Extreme eye for more than 5 years. No complain > I wish I can afford to buy each of their products.

I purchased Natura Bisse Essential Shock Intense Eye and Lip Cream on a splurge day after getting my hair done at a salon. It was expensive and I had buyers remorse driving home. That was six months ago, and this is a .05 oz. tube. I guess keeping it on it’s lid allows gravity to keep product gathered at the end of the tube. Every time I think I’m going to squeeze and getting nothing, out it comes. I do use it sparingly, morning and night, just around my eyes. I also use Estee Lauder, and have tried many brands at Sephora over the years, and most recently tried a set from Paula’s Choice that included a leave-on exfoliate, and I swear it looked like I had aged 10 years after a month of use. I know how to apply product, and my skin didn’t break out, but the wrinkles looked worse than ever. I returned to Natura Bisse and within two days my eyes are looking smoother and I guess the word plumper would best describe it. I am now going to try a cleanser to see if the same amazing results and value are true. Once I run out of the Essential Shock Eye and Lip Cream, I will absolutely be “investing” in another tube.

Natura Bisse do costs more than your ordinary drugstore cosmetics….however, the amount you get for the quality product is fair. I have been suffering adult acne (I’m 36) and have been using Obagi Clenziderm which did help my acne calmed down but for the price of a super dry skin that looks shiny. I literally look like I have a glue that dried on my face. Natura Bisse Stabilizing line gave me the best skin solution. It helps fight acne and kept my skin feeling fresh all day. I thought it costs a lot at first but then I realize that it takes me 3 months to finish the products. I have been using it since then. Thank you so much for this line.

I purchased one if their products and the container completely cracked, just sitting in my makeup bag. The inner portion of the container detached from the outer. In addition to that, when I tried opening it, some of the make-up fell out. The containers are very cheaply made for such expensive products. I tried contacting the company and received zero response. Customer care involves an e-mail, only. Cross your fingers for a reply, I sure didn’t get one.

Because Natura Bisse creams are expensive, what would be the best cream to start with. I am a female age 63.5 with good skin. I use products from Dermatologist office like PCA and currently using Revision.I also stay out of the sun, use spf daily and i get chemical peels about 3 times a year.
