One ingredient that provides this effect is Chondrus Crispus, a type of mineral-rich seaweed that has excellent water-binding properties. Not only does this ingredient bind moisture to improve skin hydration, but it also hides signs of aging. Under Eye Rescue also includes a natural occurring mineral called magnesium aluminum silicate in order to hold the results provided by Chondrus Crispus firmly in place for hours at a time.
