City Beauty Sculpting Cream Review

What is City Beauty Sculpting Cream?

City Beauty Sculpting Cream is an anti-aging moisturizer designed to visibly restore skin’s elasticity by lifting, tightening, and firming the look of sagging skin. Its formula is said to nourish your skin with the vital building blocks that give young skin its taut, springy feel.

What are the Best Skin Care Products of 2021?

Who is it for?

City Beauty Sculpting Cream can be used by all skin types, including those with normal, oily, combination, dry, or sensitive skin. It is a solution for loose skin, sagging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles. According to the brand, researchers have found that loss of skin volume (thinning) and loss of elasticity (sagging) are the two major skin issues that make women look older. And on top of that, it’s been proven that thin, sagging skin is a major cause of wrinkles. Therefore, City Beauty has formulated their Sculpting Cream to correct the issue of thin, sagging skin in order to make you look younger.

Formulation insight

City Beauty Sculpting Cream is formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, gluten, and nuts. City Beauty is cruelty free and does not test on animals.

One of the key ingredients that helps to restore elasticity is Easyliance, a biopolymer naturally produced by microorganisms that live in certain plant roots, such as acacia and sunflower. Easyliance™ works by forming a contouring network on the skin’s surface, and then retracting for an immediately tighter feel. In fact, Easyliance™ is said to give skin a smooth, tightened finish within 5 minutes of application. One study found that 96% of users reported a visible tightening effect on loose skin – which also helped reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles

City Beauty Sculpting Cream contains a peptide called Progeline, which works by decreasing levels of progerine by up to 22 percent. Progerine is often called the “skin-aging protein” because it interrupts your body’s natural repair process, which leads to signs of aging. Progeline also promotes healthy levels of collagen and elastin, resulting in firmer, fuller, and denser skin. These combined effects can improve your look from the inside out with an enhanced remodeling effect, which is especially noticeable around the jawline and neck

Another way the City Beauty Sculpting Cream helps to restore skin’s elasticity is with Idealift, a cutting-edge compound that stimulates elastin synthesis (up to 94%). Elastin is the protein that enables skin to bounce back after stretching or contracting. Levels of elastin in the skin decrease with age, which is one of the major causes of sagging skin. Thus, by replenishing elastin levels, the City Beauty Sculpting Cream promotes a more “springy” youthful complexion.

In addition to these key ingredients, City Beauty Sculpting Cream is formulated with numerous ingredients that will help soothe and calm the skin. Examples of these ingredients include Aloe vera leaf extract, chamomile extract, oat kernel extract, allantoin, and green tea leaf extract.

Aloe vera leaf extract can soothe skin and serve as an anti-inflammatory. In addition, Aloe functions as a humectant due to its rich supply of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). GAGs are a class of sugar molecules that help bind moisture to the skin.

Chamomile extract is used in City Beauty Sculpting Cream because it has potent anti-inflammatory properties, which enables this ingredient to soothe the skin and reduce any redness and/or irritation.

Oat kernel extract is also well known to reduce inflammation and redness. The active components in oat kernel extract include avenanthramides and beta glucans. Avenanthramides are a group of active polyphenol antioxidants that provide anti-inflammatory, anti-redness, anti-itch, and antihistamine effects when applied to the skin. Beta glucans found in oat kernel extract provide several benefits to the skin as well. For instance, beta glucans have the ability to stimulate collagen production. This can have an anti-wrinkle effect and also help to speed wound healing. Beta glucans also improve skin hydration, another property that makes oat kernel extract useful for anti-aging skin care products.

The allantoin in City Beauty Sculpting Cream functions as an effective moisturizing ingredient. Additionally, allantoin is a keratolytic, which means it has the ability to smooth skin through exfoliation of the top layer of dead skin cells. Allantoin can help to increase skin smoothness, aid in wound healing, and promote cell proliferation and longevity.

Green tea leaf extract contains the powerful polyphenol epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG helps the skin combat free radicals, the unstable molecules that contribute to the formation of premature wrinkles and fine lines on the skin.

How to use

Using the included spoon, scoop a small amount of City Beauty Sculpting Cream into your clean hands. Gently massage the cream into your skin, focusing on areas of concern.

City Beauty Sculpting Cream reviews on the brand’s website are overall very positive, with the product receiving mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. Nearly all of the reviews confirm that City Beauty Sculpting Cream really does work and effectively firms the skin while reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

One of the City Beauty Sculpting Cream reviews says, “After 30 days of using this product it was visible I don’t know of any other product that would have helped the frown lines between my eyebrows that were vertical and present, are now no longer dominant. The laugh lines that made my jowls noticeable are amazingly gone!”

Another City Beauty Sculpting Cream reviews says, “I’m pleased to say not only has this done everything it said it would do working wonders for all my wrinkles and jaw line, making me look years younger. I’ve also used it on my chest too. I’m only using it daily and it’s been one week to my shock I already see tightening of the skin a major improvement. I’ve never seen anything work this good. It’s truly a miracle in a jar!”

There aren’t many negative reviews for City Beauty Sculpting Cream. However, one customer said, “I love it sometimes it feels heavy though”. Another reviewer states, “I love this moisturizer, but my skin still feels tight after one application. I have very dry skin (especially in winter) and find myself reapplying twice in the morning and twice at night.”

An alternative to City Beauty Sculpting Cream

While there are several innovative and beneficial ingredients used in the City Beauty Sculpting Cream formula, we’d like to share with you our top recommendation for those with sagging skin, wrinkles, and other signs of aging: Formulyst Lifting and Wrinkle Smoothing Cream. This velvety smooth cream is formulated to help lift and refine the appearance and tone of your skin. The formula features Moringa seed oil for intense moisturization, Evodia rutaecarpa fruit extract to help brighten and refine, while peony extract helps to improve the appearance of skin density for a smoother, recontoured look. In the short term, Formulyst Lifting and Wrinkle Smoothing Cream helps the skin appear smoother and healthier looking, while over time helping your complexion feel firmer and more youthful.

I have been using this product for some time now and am on the second jar, almost through with it so I have noticed that it makes my skin feel soft and is a great lip balm but, have seen no difference in my appearance as my Aunt used to say (Can`t improve on perfection). I will continue to use this product as I like the way it makes my skin feel.
