In this review, we’ll discuss the best Seratopical skincare products, including the key ingredients and the research that supports (or doesn’t support) their use in skincare.

We’ll also share some Seratopical reviews so that you can get an idea of what customers really think of these products.

What Are The Top 5 Best Seratopical Skincare Products?

Seratopical offers everything that you would need to create a complete skincare routine, including cleansers, moisturizers, serums, and more. Here’s a breakdown of the top 5 best Seratopical skincare products.

Seratopical DNA Complex

Seratopical DNA Complex promises to visibly reduce wrinkles instantly with the use of “Deep Nano Actives”. These patent-pending deep nano actives encapsulate a proprietary blend of anti-aging ingredients that are delivered beneath the layers of skin so they can work from the inside out, according to the brand.

Aside from this delivery system, we aren’ very impressed with the ingredients in Seratopical DNA Complex. There’s a few silicones, glycerin (a humectant), citric and lactic acid (AHAs), and one peptide.

Seratopical Freedom Day & Night Moisturizer

This Seratopical moisturizer is formulated to reduce signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, with the help of several different peptides along with hydrolyzed collagen.

Hydrolyzed collagen has been broken down into smaller chains of amino acids called peptides. It is theorized that topical application of these collagen precursors may increase collagen production (if the peptides make their way down into the dermis). However, this theory has not been proven.

There’s also plenty of emollients in this moisturizer, such as jojoba seed oil and coriander seed oil, to soften and nourish the skin.

Seratopical Radiant Glow Facial Oil

The base of this Seratopical facial oil is sunflower oil. Sunflower oil has a relatively light and non-comedogenic texture, making it suitable for various skin types, including those prone to acne. It absorbs well without leaving a greasy residue.

Additional plant-derived oils in this formula include olive oil, grape seed oil, and marula seed oil. These oils contain antioxidants that help protect the skin from free radicals, reducing oxidative stress and the signs of aging.

Seratopical Love Your Eyes Anti-Aging Serum

You’ll notice that this Seratopical eye serum has a silky texture thanks to the emollient caprylic/capric triglyceride (derived from coconuts) and the synthetic polymer hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer — that’s a mouthful, isn’t it?

The key ingredients in this serum include hemp extract, which helps calm inflammation, and palmitoyl tripeptide-5, a peptide that combats signs of aging. There’s also hydrating ingredients like panthenol (provitamin B5) and sodium hyaluronate (the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid).

Seratopical Super Booster Serum

Like other products by this brand, this Seratopical serum includes peptides to combat signs of aging and plant extracts to brighten the complexion

One unique ingredient is a type of red algae called Chondrus Crispus extract.

This algae extract is brimming with nutrients like beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and lutein, which are all antioxidants that shield your skin from the effects of blue light exposure. Beyond that, its natural polysaccharides, peptides, and amino acids keep your skin hydrated, while the rich antioxidant content provides a protective barrier against harmful pollutants.

With the added benefit of carrageenan, red algae forms a flexible film on your skin, offering an extra layer of defense against environmental stressors.

Chondrus Crispus extract is one of the key ingredients in our favorite eye serums, The Eye Serum by Carrot & Stick, which works especially well to wake up and refresh tired-looking eyes.

What Are The Key Ingredients in Seratopical Skincare Products?

The key ingredients that are used throughout the line of Seratopical skincare products are peptides. So what are peptides and how do they benefit your skin?

Well, first it’s important to understand that as you age, your body’s production of collagen and elastin slows down. These two proteins are responsible for your skin’s structural support. As a result, the skin loses its natural plumpness and smoothness.

While collagen is necessary for maintaining youthful-looking skin, the collagen protein is too large to absorb into the skin topically. That’s why applying skin care products that contain collagen won’t provide the anti-aging benefits you’re looking for.

This is where peptides come into action. Peptides are the building blocks of protein, and they are easily absorbed into the deeper layers of skin due to their smaller size.

If you’re looking for a peptide serum, we recommend Carrot & Stick The Repair Serum. It contains 7 plant-based peptides to promote plumper and smoother-looking skin. It also has skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid and niacinamide.

How Much Do Seratopical Skincare Products Cost?

Seratopical skincare products are mid-range in terms of cost; they are more expensive than drugstore products but they aren’t ridiculously expensive. For example, the Freedom Day & Night Moisturizer costs $44.99 USD for 1 oz (30 mL), while the Seratopical DNA Complex costs $99.99 USD for 1 oz (30 mL).

Where to Buy Seratopical Skincare Products?

Seratopical skincare products are sold on the brand’s website (seralabshealth.com), as well as on Amazon.com.

What is The SeraLabsReturn Policy?

The Seratopical return policy states, “If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price of any unused/seal not broken portion of the product order, excluding shipping, and restocking fee/fees, within 30 days of ordering the product as verified by UPS tracking number.”

Is SeraLabs Cruelty Free?

Yes, SeraLabs and the Seratopical skincare products are cruelty free.

Seratopical Reviews

Seratopical reviews on the brand’s website are overall very positive. The product with the most reviews is the Seratopical DNA Complex, which has earned an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars after 58 customer reviews.

The positive reviews for the Seratopical DNA Complex mention that it works well for fine lines and wrinkles.

For example, one review says, “I am enjoying using this……I really think it has improved my skin, it does smooth over wrinkles and my skin looks better after a month’s use. Thinking it will keep improving… it sure is worth trying!”

The only negative review that we read for the Seratopical DNA Complex mention that it causes “lots of pilling”.

The review says, “Due to the pilling I am experiencing after following the instructions, I’m still trying to figure out the best way to use the product. I tried three different times to email customer care but the email bounced back.”

Our Verdict

Overall, we weren’t very impressed with Seratopical skincare products; we like that peptides are used throughout the collection, but we wish the brand included more powerful anti-aging ingredients in their formulas, such as vitamin C, retinol, niacinamide etc.

Pros

  • Peptides are beneficial key ingredients
  • Many positive Seratopical reviews
  • SeraLabs is cruelty free

Cons

  • Cannot get a refund if the products don’t work for you

What Are Some Alternatives to Seratopical Skincare Products?

If you’re looking for skincare products to address the signs of aging, we recommend Carrot & Stick. Carrot & Stick maximizes the use of powerful ingredients and minimizes the use of superficial ones, resulting in advanced skincare solutions that help promote healthy, more youthful-looking skin.

One serum we recommend is The Repair Serum. The formula contains a proprietary blend of plant-based peptides and neuropeptides that work together to promote smoother, more radiant-looking skin while soothing and brightening botanicals impart an ageless glow.

Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B9 deliver an instant boost of hydration as a blend of synthesized, natural plant growth factors that encourage natural cell turnover and nutrient absorption to nourish and transform dull, uneven-looking skin.
