Good Molecules Instant Cleansing Balm is a solid cleansing balm that transforms into a silky milk when mixed with water in order to remove makeup and other impurities. A few of the key ingredients in this cleansing balm include sea buckthorn oil, camellia oil, and shea butter. Sea buckthorn oil contains unique unsaturated fatty acids, such as palmitoleic acid (omega-7) and gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6), which give this oil skin regeneration and repair properties. In addition, sea buckthorn oil easily penetrates through the epidermis, where it improves blood circulation and facilitates oxygenation of the skin.

Camellia oil is used in Good Molecules Instant Cleansing Balm because it is a very lightweight, dry oil that is quickly absorbed by the skin. Therefore, it can soften and smooth the skin without leaving a greasy residue. Camellia oil also contains several polyphenol antioxidants, which help the skin combat free radicals. Lastly, the shea butter in Good Molecules Instant Cleansing Balm is a fat that can dissolve oil and makeup, allowing it to be washed away. In fact, shea butter actually moisturizes and nourishes your skin instead of stripping and potentially irritating it like most conventional makeup removers.
